I assist people from all over the U.S., but for the locals, I prefer to meet every few weeks for a body fat assessment. This is to ensure we are constantly improving and continuing to see good results.

The majority of communication is done via email or telephone; however I am flexible and willing to make accommodations.

I offer 1 on 1 personal training sessions, however due to my full-time job; time is somewhat limited.

My goal is for you to not only see your desired results, but for you to become better educated and have a good understanding of diet and exercise. This will enable you to eventually do everything on your own with sheer confidence.
